Hello to my Beautiful Sisters! Just a quick note.....I am ENGAGED!!
I was proposed to by the lovely Shane Steel on July 25 on a lowly little bench in the Blacksmith Shop in our beloved Nauvoo. I got a little Prairie Diamond myself!

Hahahahhah!!! Oh, I'm so happy for you both!!! That's the most perfect thing I've ever heard in my entire life. I think the only time I'll be happier for two people in my entire life is when I get engaged. (Clearly that one trumps them all for me, but...seriously.)
You and Shane are so great together, and I couldn't be happier for you! I hope everyone you tell is overwhelmed with joy and happiness! I hope I see you soon, dearest sister! I love you. :)

That is wonderful news! And how did you get to Nauvoo? That pretty much sounds like the most adorable and perfectly placed proposal ever. You two will always be so closely tied to that beautiful town.
I always knew Elder Steel (pardon the old title) had it out for you, even in Nauvoo. He was so attentive to your shoe. :)
Congratulations, Sister! Marriage is awesome, and you will love it. I hope the wedding is in a time and place such that I can attend, but if it's not I guess I'll just have to send you bucketloads of best wishes.
